Our 60-Day Price Guarantee means that if you purchase a product from asia.xTool.com and the price of that product drops on asia.xTool.com within 60 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a price match.


Please Note: Our 60-Day Price Guarantee applies to each individual order and does not support price match based on the total of multiple orders. Lightning Deals and Material Flash Sales are special, limited-time flash sales and are not eligible for our Price Guarantee. The Black Friday deal you received is our guaranteed best price for the main sales event.

How Does the Price Guarantee Apply?

• Eligibility: The 60-Day Price Guarantee applies only to eligible purchases made directly on asia.xTool.com. Products purchased from other retailers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers are not eligible. The “price difference” refers only to the difference between your purchase price and the lower price displayed for the same product on asia.xTool.com within 60 days of your purchase, and does not include any price differences from external channels, other websites, or third-party platforms.
• Timeframe: The price drop must occur within 60 days of your original purchase date.
• Product Match: The price guarantee applies to the same product (identical model, specifications, and condition).
• Note: Only one discount code may be used per order. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined or stacked for the purpose of calculating a price match. The price difference is calculated by comparing the actual amount you paid (the final amount after any applicable discounts/promotions at checkout) with the current final checkout price displayed on asia.xTool.com within 60 days of your purchase. The final price adjustment amount will be determined by xTool. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Apply for a Price Match?

If you notice that the price of a product you purchased from asia.xTool.com has dropped within 60 days, you have two options to match the difference: Gift Card or Direct Refund.

• Gift Card: If you choose this option, we will process your request within 3 business day.
  
  ※ If your price difference is less than Thailand-฿4000,Philippines-₱7000，Malaysia-RM500，Singapore-$150 we will issue the gift card equal to the price difference plus an extra Thailand-฿400,Philippines-₱700，Malaysia-RM50，Singapore-$15 bonus.
  
  ※ If your price difference exceeds Thailand-฿4000,Philippines-₱7000，Malaysia-RM500，Singapore-$150 , we will issue the gift card equal to the price difference plus 10% of the price difference bonus.
  
  
• Direct Refund: If you choose this option, we will refund the price difference within 3-5 days.
• Refund Method PolicyIf your original purchase was made entirely or partially with an xTool Gift Card, any approved refund amount will be issued back to an xTool Gift Card first, up to the value of the original gift card used. Any remaining refund balance will be processed via Direct Refund.

• Fulfillment: Once verified, we will issue the giftcard within 3-5 business day.

For Direct Refund:

• Documentation: Prepare your order number and proof of the price drop (such as a screenshot and link to the product page showing the reduced price).
• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support.asia@xtool.com . Include your order number, proof of the price drop, and a brief explanation of your request.
• Verification: Our team will verify the price drop and your purchase details.
• Fulfillment: Once verified, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
